要求Job qualifications:

1.     College degree or above, major in marketing or related major;

大专以上学历，市场营销或相关专业；

 2.     At least 2-3 years product development experience in similar job, with toy experiences is preferred;

2-3年在相关行业的产品开发经验，有早教玩具行业经验者为佳；

3.     Strong communication skills & good team work;

良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

4.     Good command of English;

良好的英语沟通能力；

5.     please submit both Chinese & English resume;

工作内容：Job responsibilities

1.     Will be in charge of developing new product for Chinese Market;

负责开发针对中国市场的新产品；

 2.     Do marketing survey（benchmark and price positioning）;

提供市场调查（基准和价格定位）；

 3.     Create spirit & design for products;

为产品创造设计和理念；

 4.     Category management, eg.how Maped can improve its position;

品类管理，比如怎样提高公司产品定位；

 5.     Provide marketing specifications to the product;

为产品提供市场规范；

 6.     Complete other tasks requested by leaders;

完成上级安排的其他工作等；
